More stuff on sleep
New York Magazine has a stunning article on how much sleep determines about the human brain, especially in children and teenagers. One of the most shocking things: children who get less than 8 hours of sleep are 3 times more likely to be obese than children who get at least 10 hours of sleep. Even more shocking is that the amount of TV they watch has very little to do with obesity rates.
