According to a new study, wine tasting is mostly crap. I'm sort of kidding, but the study is fascinating. There were two tests run, both of which involved wine experts as participants, and the experts showed a marked tendency to value the way in which the wine was presented to them as a marker of its quality far more than the actual taste.
