There is a project in Philadelphia building LEED certified housing for $100K. The homes should sell for about twice that and they look very neat, even though they only have one bedroom.
Also, Durham has been in the news lately for consistently showing up as one of teh cities in the country with the most LEED certified buildings per capita.
