Skillet flatbread from Mark Bittman and popovers from Ruhlman. Mmmm, I love bread. Speaking of which, if anyone missed the easiest bread recipe ever that Bittman posted a while ago, here is the link.

Also, Ruhlman recently posted this picture of the tools he considers necessary in his kitchen, though he acknowledges that tongs do not appear and many (ME) would consider them essential.
