Coffee saves the world-again

I have been posting about the continuing revelations of the wonders of coffee for a while, but we have another one: daily caffeine intake appears to blunt the effect of cholesterol on the brain and help protect one from Alzheimer's.

So here is a list of things to do that help prevent Alzheimer's: constantly learn new things, exercise, don't get a pudgy belly, eat lots of curry and mustard, and drink coffee. This list makes me happy.
