Now that is sexy!

Though I do watch The Daily Show, I had resisted the fawning love of John Stewart that is sometimes exhibited among those of my gender and age group. However, the news that he has been quietly and consistently visiting injured soldiers at Bethesda and Walter Reed since 2004 may have tipped the scales. I love that man.

The Salon article that I link to up there and their continuing dedication to standing against People's bland version of sexy also includes love for Alton Brown and this amazingly true paragraph that manages to hit some things about women that cannot be repeated enough:
