This was just sent to me by our lovely surrelevant, who is trying to establish my unsure relationship to the Catholic Church.
I must admit it is very encouraging, considering lately it's felt as if the horrendous stories about the Boston diocese and the Church's coming prohibitions on homosexuality were the only news one has been hearing.

Well, madam, I do wonder what ye olde Pope has to say about this. I'm just waiting for the day when the Catholic Church admits that Jesus Christ may or may not be the Son of God. Oh, that day is coming.
I think they're realizing that a literal interpretation of the Bible is impossible and usually leads to war.
